      Yes, I believe that plant must react to lasers.

      Anyway, growing plant with lasers is not a good idea. Plants have evolved for million of years to use sunlight, so they are very efficient using sunlight. Laser are made of only a single color and sunlight has all the colors and some invisible light.

      If you are going to use artificial light, you need to engineer a light that is efficient to how plants work. Scientists have found LEDs that look like pink (see here https://youtu.be/5MfcsCyHbYI) to be efficient at the moment. Remember that sun energy also comes as invisible light, so these LEDs create that type of invisible light too!
