      No that is not true. In fact, green vegetables are even better for your eyes than carrots!

      The way that we see things is that bundles of light called ‘photons’ bounce and reflect of items and enter our eyes. Sadly if there aren’t enough photons entering our eyes to see no matter how many carrots you have eaten, you won’t be able to see.
