• Question: The next time the supermoon come will it be closer to earth and after a few years will it hit it and what will happen ?

      In fact the moon is moving away from the earth by a couple of cm a year! this means that while the supermoons may come close it will actually keep moving away from the earth, there seems no reason for the moon to crash into the earth without some interference
