Remember, life adapts itself to survive.

First let’s ask, why do we sleep?
I think the reason might be related to energy management.

So why are dreams important to survive?
Well, it has been found that sleeping helps a lot in the health of your brain, and that is needed to learn. So maybe life evolved to do something while sleeping and decided to give maintenance to your brain.

Anyway, that is not what I study and those are just guesses. Somebody needs to find questions and test them to be real science.

But what has been proved is that sleep is very important for your health. So remember, It is very important to get at least around 8 hours sleep. Myself I like to sleep almost 9 hours a day if allowed!
