Bugs and insects are really important for life on Earth. They pollinate flowers and plants that we get our fruit and vegetables from. They eat dead plants and other waste, which keeps the Earth much cleaner. Bugs are a food source for lots of different animals and birds, and make up an important part of the food chain. In some parts of the world, even people eat insects!
